The Punjab Central Business District Development Authority ((PCBDDA) Punjab) also known as Central Business District Punjab (CBD PUNJAB) has significantly accelerated the pace of development activities across various infrastructure and construction projects within the CBD NSIT City, Pakistan’s first and largest IT city.
Work across all key verticals, ranging from fundamental infrastructure setup to the high-rise Celestia IT & Office Tower, is proceeding rapidly to meet established completion deadlines.
Under Infrastructure Package One, plastering work and the installation of Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) sheets at the main entrance gate are progressing steadily.Simultaneously, tile installation and cobblestone works along the central road median and public realm areas have reached their final stages of completion.
Construction on the high-rise Celestia IT & Office Tower has achieved a major milestone, with steel reinforcement work underway for the final slab casting on the 20th floor. Glazing, structural glass fitting, and ACP sheet cladding are actively taking place across the exterior building facade. Under Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations, the lighting system testing for the ground and first floors was successfully completed, while HVAC integration and electrical installations continue at full speed across other floors.
In parallel, site development for internal road networks, public parks, and embankment embankments is underway. Ground leveling and land preparation according to refreshed layout designs are actively progressing at Park One and Park Two.
