Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal Delivers Aid to Disabled at Saint Andrews

At Saint Andrew’s Church in Lahore, the Managing Director of Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Senator Capt. Shaheen Khalid Butt, attended Christmas celebrations and oversaw the distribution of Rs 3 million in financial assistance to persons with disabilities from the Christian community.

The distribution took place amid congregational gatherings and was attended by community members, church representatives and the beneficiaries themselves. The presence of the Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal leadership underscored the agency’s involvement in targeted welfare initiatives for vulnerable groups.

The financial support is intended to provide relief for daily needs and to reinforce inclusive social support during the festive season. Organizers and community leaders noted that such assistance aims to strengthen ties between welfare institutions and minority communities in Lahore.

The event highlighted Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal’s continued role in delivering timely assistance to those most in need, with the Managing Director personally participating in the Christmas event to ensure funds reached the intended beneficiaries.
