FJWU Faculty Excel in STEM Training Programme in UK

Dr. Amna from the Department of Chemistry and Dr. Saba from the Department of Mathematics at Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) have successfully completed the prestigious PAK-UK Education Gateway – STEM Faculty Training Programme held in the United Kingdom. The programme was organized collaboratively by the British Council, STEM Learning UK, King’s College London, and Pakistan’s Higher Education Commission (HEC), emphasizing the promotion of excellence in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education and strengthening international academic cooperation.
The rigorous training workshop was designed to enhance the teaching capabilities, professional knowledge, and overall academic proficiency of faculty members, with a clear emphasis on scientific and technological skills. Both educators from FJWU actively participated and gained valuable insights into contemporary STEM teaching methodologies and global educational best practices.
