Field Staff Training for Effective Community Service

Muslim Hands has successfully conducted a two-day training workshop in Lahore aimed at enhancing the professional skills of its field staff, including project assistants, field engineers, and community health promoters. The initiative is part of the organization’s ongoing efforts to provide more effective services to those in need.

During the workshop, participants received practical training in key areas such as project management, hygiene promotion, data analysis, and reporting. The sessions focused on equipping field teams with the necessary skills to identify vulnerable groups, including orphans, widows, and female-headed households, and to carry out efficient site selection for projects.

This comprehensive training is expected to strengthen the capacity of Muslim Hands teams to implement sustainable clean water projects and public health campaigns, ultimately improving the quality and impact of their services within the community.
