Final Review for HPV Vaccination Campaign Islamabad

The District Health Officer (DHO) Islamabad chaired a final review meeting of the HPV Technical Working Group to assess campaign readiness and agree on measures for monitoring and supervision ahead of the HPV vaccination campaign. Representatives from WHO Pakistan and other key stakeholders joined the session to strengthen planning and coordination and to review upcoming immunization activities.
The meeting, held at the DHO office, brought together public health officials and partner agencies to evaluate preparedness across operational areas. Participants reviewed the status of logistics, staffing, training and communication plans to ensure the campaign can be implemented smoothly and reach the target populations.
A central focus of the discussion was on monitoring and supervision systems to guarantee effective rollout and timely problem resolution. Attendees emphasized the need for clear supervisory roles, robust reporting mechanisms and routine field monitoring to maintain quality and coverage throughout the campaign.
