Through hands-on professional placements and personalized guidance, the cohort developed tangible skills and workplace confidence that position them to pursue new opportunities in their fields. The Punjab internship emphasized real-world experience, networking and mentor-led advice tailored to each participant’s career goals.

Organisers noted that sustained alumni engagement creates pathways for emerging leaders across Punjab, reinforcing professional networks and creating long-term support structures. Participants described the mentorship as a decisive factor in building both competence and the connections needed to move forward professionally.

The presence of US public diplomacy officials underlined ongoing bilateral efforts to support youth development and alumni initiatives. Continued investment in programs like the Punjab internship aims to strengthen local leadership capacity and expand opportunities for young professionals across the province.
