Advancing Student Leadership at IMCG I10 4

Ms. Farah Naz Akbar, Parliamentary Secretary for the Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training, Islamabad, attended the Investiture Ceremony of the Students Council 2025–26 at Islamabad Model College for Girls I-10/4 as the chief guest and received a warm welcome from the college administration, faculty and students.

In her address she praised the institution’s outstanding performance and discipline and called on the young office-bearers to pursue student leadership with responsibility, confidence and integrity. Her remarks highlighted the importance of disciplined conduct and academic commitment as foundations for effective student leadership.

The Parliamentary Secretary’s presence lent strong encouragement to the assembled students, with her motivational tone aimed at building confidence among girls across the campus. Emphasising values alongside skills, she encouraged the council to represent their peers conscientiously and to lead by example within the college community.

The investiture at IMCG I-10/4 marked the formal start of the Students Council 2025–26 and underscored local efforts to strengthen student leadership in Islamabad’s girls’ schools. Ms. Farah Naz Akbar’s message of integrity and responsibility is expected to guide the council as it begins its term.
