The Punjab Women Protection Authority held a productive meeting with the senior team of JazzCash to advance practical measures for women’s empowerment and financial support.
Following the vision of Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz Sharif, the PWPA reiterated its commitment to building systems that provide women access to transparent, quick, and secure financial aid.
Together with JazzCash, PWPA plans to introduce interest-free loans alongside a Survivors ATM Card designed to deliver instant assistance to affected women. The Survivors ATM Card will be part of a broader effort to ensure survivors can access funds rapidly and with dignity.
The initiative aims to strengthen financial protection and independence for women across Punjab, combining public authority oversight with private-sector delivery to create a safer, more reliable support mechanism.
