Bastille Day Celebrations in Karachi Highlight French-Pakistani Ties

The French Consulate in Karachi commemorated Bastille Day with a celebration hosted by Consul General Mr. Alexis Chahtahtinsky. The event brought together prominent figures from the government, business sector, and the French community to mark France’s national day.
Among the distinguished guests were the Governor of Sindh, Mr. Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, and the Chief Minister of Sindh, Mr. Murad Ali Shah, alongside several provincial ministers. The reception provided an opportunity for strengthening diplomatic ties between France and Pakistan, while fostering connections among officials, business leaders, and members of the French diaspora in Karachi.
The Bastille Day event highlighted the longstanding relationship between France and Pakistan and underscored the shared values of liberty, fraternity, and cooperation.
