Boosting Pak German Trade Through Lahore Networking

The GPCCI Members’ Networking Event in Lahore convened business leaders, diplomats and industry experts to advance Pak German trade and highlight new avenues for collaboration. Her Excellency Ms. Ina Lepel, Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Pakistan, attended as Chief Guest and used her address to reaffirm Germany’s commitment to strengthening bilateral trade and economic cooperation with Pakistan.

Mr. Arif Saeed, Honorary Consul of Germany in Lahore and CEO of Servis Industries Limited, shared trade perspectives alongside Mr. Sameed Iqbal, Marketing Director of Rija Fashions, Mr. Sarim Mehmood, Founder and CEO of Fruit of Sustainability, Mr. Raheel Iqbal, CEO of The Game Storm Studios (Pvt.) Ltd. and Vice Chairman of P@sha, and Mr. Aarij Iqbal, CEO of Textile Engineers of Pakistan and Alpha Penta and President of the Italian Development Committee.

The discussions addressed textiles, information technology and agriculture while underscoring global trends in sustainability, compliance and human rights. Speakers also highlighted the role of technology and innovation in opening new markets and enhancing competitiveness, reinforcing the strategic importance of Pak German trade for Pakistan’s export-led growth.

This Lahore gathering marked another meaningful step in deepening Pak-German economic ties and showcased Pakistan’s growing potential as an investment destination.
