In an effort to promote harassment-free workplaces, the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection against Harassment (FOSPAH) organized an awareness session at the National Institute of Public Administration (NIPA) in Quetta. The session brought together a diverse group of participants, ranging from senior officials to junior staff members, to increase understanding of workplace harassment and the mechanisms available for protection.
The session was led by Law Officer Ms. Tayyaba Kakar and Assistant Registrar Mr. Muhammad Usman. They provided comprehensive insight into the legal provisions designed to address workplace harassment, emphasizing the importance of informed discussions at every organizational level.
Participants learned about FOSPAH’s mandate and the role it plays in creating safe and respectful work environments. The session highlighted the necessity of collective awareness and active engagement in supporting a harassment-free institutional culture.
