Pakistani Community in Kenya Celebrates First Anniversary of “Marka e Haq” and “Bunyanum Marsoos” with Tribute to Pakistan’s Government and Armed Forces
The Pakistani community in Kenya, in collaboration with the Pakistan High Commission Nairobi, commemorated the first anniversary of “Marka e Haq” and “Bunyanum Marsoos” through an energetic event emphasizing national unity, patriotism, and appreciation for the government and military forces of Pakistan. The ceremony paid tribute to the resilience and professionalism of Pakistan’s armed forces and expressed gratitude for ongoing achievements and national pride.
During the event, special messages from key Pakistani leaders, including the President, Prime Minister, Deputy Prime Minister, and Chief of Army Staff, were delivered by representatives such as Madam Adeela Younis, the Commercial Counsellor, and Mr. Shoaib Mansoor, the Head of Chancery. These messages underscored the nation’s accomplishments and appreciated the sacrifices of its military personnel.
A highlight of the event was a detailed address by Colonel Inam Muhammad Khattak, who elaborated on the themes of “Bunyanum Marsoos” and “Marka e Haq.” He praised the bravery, unity, and professionalism of Pakistan’s three armed forces, citing examples of how they countered enemy aggression under cover of darkness. The Colonel emphasized how Pakistan’s armed forces responded effectively to hostile actions, thwarting enemy plans and showcasing their military prowess to the world.
The ceremony concluded with a 15-minute documentary produced by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR). The video highlighted Pakistan’s military successes and included acknowledgment from Indian media entities recognizing the damages inflicted on the adversary. The presentation reinforced Pakistan’s military resilience and strategic strengths.
The event ended with patriotic slogans, including “Pakistan Zindabad” and “Long Live Pakistan Armed Forces,” reflecting the community’s solidarity and unwavering support for the nation’s security forces. The celebration not only marked the anniversary of these significant initiatives but also reinforced the patriotic bonds among overseas Pakistanis and their pride in Pakistan’s accomplishments.
