Pasha Drives Momentum at ITCN Asia 2026

Pasha marked a strong start on Day 1 of ITCN Asia 2026 in Lahore, drawing senior government and industry participation. Federal Minister for IT & Telecommunication, Ms. Shaza Fatima Khawaja, addressed the opening ceremony alongside Mr. Sajjad Syed, Chairman Pasha, and Mr. Umair Nizam, Senior Vice Chairman, emphasising collaboration to accelerate the tech sector. The Pasha ITCN presence set a proactive tone for the event with a clear focus on connectivity between policymakers and private sector innovators.

The Pasha booth was officially inaugurated in a ribbon cutting led by Mr. Faisal Jeddy, Chief Executive Officer of the Pakistan Software Export Board, joined by members of the Pasha Central Executive Committee. The inauguration drew attention from exhibitors and visitors, showcasing Pasha programs and engagement platforms available to members and partners.

Members of the Pasha Central Executive Committee and the secretariat spent the day engaging with industry stakeholders, answering questions and sharing insights on Pasha’s initiatives, programs and advocacy efforts. Conversations at the booth centred on export opportunities, capacity building and policy priorities that affect Pakistan’s software and IT services sector, reflecting the practical focus of Pasha ITCN activities during the Lahore leg of the expo.
