What a Harassment-Free Workplace Means at FBR Lahore

A recent awareness session at FBR Lahore focused on fostering a harassment-free workplace, underscoring the importance of safety, dignity, and respect for all employees. The event, led by Ms. Lubna Ali, Regional Advisor, and Mr. Shazib Iqbal, Assistant Law Officer from the Federal Ombudsperson Secretariat for Protection Against Harassment, aimed to educate staff about their rights and responsibilities under the Harassment Act 2010.

During the session, participants discussed concrete ways to prevent harassment and promote a culture of openness and inclusion. The speakers emphasized not only the legal protections provided by the Act, but also the necessity of developing an environment where everyone feels secure and valued.
