School Wellbeing Research Presented at TU Berlin

Ms. Kainat, a lecturer from the Sociology Department at Rawalpindi Women University, has represented her institution at an international conference in Berlin. She attended the International Scientific Conference “School Wellbeing from a Child-Centred Perspective,” hosted by Technische Universität Berlin, where she showcased her research and contributed to discussions on global educational well-being.
At the conference, Ms. Kainat presented her study entitled “Children’s Understanding of their Self-Well-Being in Pakistan.” Her research highlighted how children in Pakistan perceive their own well-being, offering valuable insights into child-centered approaches within educational environments.
In addition to presenting her findings, Ms. Kainat co-chaired a session focused on “School Well-being from an International Perspective,” facilitating dialogue and knowledge exchange among academics from around the world.
Ms. Kainat is also an active member of the International Society for Child Indicators (ISCI) networking community, demonstrating her commitment to global academic collaboration. Her participation in this prestigious event underscores both her personal achievements and the growing international engagement of Rawalpindi Women University.
