ISLAMABAD, Aug 11: Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director of the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), has been conferred with the prestigious “Education Reforms Champion 2026” award in recognition of his notable role in promoting reforms, innovation and effective leadership in the education sector.
The honour was presented at the Transform Award – Elevate 2026 ceremony, organised by the CxO Global Forum in Islamabad.
According to the IBCC Media Department, Dr Mallah was recognised for his outstanding services in the areas of education reforms, digital transformation, institutional modernisation and public facilitation.
Under his leadership, special emphasis has been placed on making administrative and public services simpler, more accessible, transparent and efficient, while also streamlining procedures and ensuring the effective use of modern technology.
