IBCC Executive Director Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah Named for Tamgha-e-Imtiaz
ISLAMABAD: Dr Ghulam Ali Mallah, Executive Director of the Inter Boards Coordination Commission (IBCC), has been named for the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz in acknowledgement of his prominent services in the education sector.
The announcement came as President Asif Ali Zardari approved civil awards for 355 individuals on the occasion of Pakistan’s Independence Day. Dr Mallah is among those selected for the national honour.
According to the announcement, the award has been approved in recognition of Dr Mallah’s contributions and services in the field of education.
The IBCC also extended congratulations to its Executive Director on being selected for the Tamgha-e-Imtiaz.
The formal investiture ceremony for the civil awards will take place on March 23, 2027, coinciding with Pakistan Day.
