PAF Football Charges Into Inter-Services Final
The Pakistan Air Force side booked a place in the All Pakistan Inter-Services final after a convincing display in Karachi, edging past the Pakistan Army to secure top spot in the league standings. The tournament, played on a league basis, ended with PAF on four points, Pakistan Army on three and Pakistan Navy on one, setting up a decisive final between PAF and the Army tomorrow.
Under the stewardship of head coach and former national team captain Muhammad Arshad, the PAF football unit combined tactical discipline with collective effort to dominate key moments of the competition. Coach Arshad praised his squad’s unity and preparation, saying ‘By the grace of Almighty Allah, our players displayed exceptional commitment and skill. Every member of the squad gave their best for the team’s success.’

He added that meticulous physical and mental preparation helped the players rise to the occasion: ‘I had prepared them both physically and mentally, and I was confident that, with Allah’s help, we would succeed — and Alhamdulillah, we did.’

Coach Arshad expressed confidence in his side’s chances, stating ‘Insha’Allah, the Air Force Falcons will lift the title and raise the flag of victory once again.’ The PAF football team will aim to convert the momentum from the league stage into a championship performance tomorrow.
