PAGE and PARCO Gunvor Support Girls’ Education Nationwide

PAGE Foundation has announced a new partnership with PARCO Gunvor Limited to advance girls’ education and promote educational equity across Pakistan. The collaboration will deploy mentorship and capacity-building programs and launch initiatives addressing road safety and environmental stewardship to improve access to quality education for girls and strengthen community support systems.

PAGE Foundation and PARCO Gunvor Limited, formerly Total PARCO Pakistan Ltd., will work together to design and implement programs aimed at reducing barriers to education for girls. The partnership combines PAGE Foundation’s expertise in education advocacy with PARCO Gunvor’s corporate resources and community reach to expand opportunities in underserved areas.

Key components of the collaboration include mentorship schemes to connect girls with role models, capacity-building training for teachers and school administrators, and targeted projects to raise awareness about road safety. Environmental stewardship activities will engage students in sustainability practices, linking civic responsibility with learning outcomes.

The agreement was formalized with the signing of a memorandum of understanding on International Women’s Day by PAGE Foundation and Mr. Asif Iqbal, CEO of PARCO Gunvor Limited. The MOU underscores both organizations’ commitment to breaking down social and structural barriers and fostering inclusive educational environments for girls.

Through sustained joint efforts, the partners aim to create tangible, long-term improvements in girls’ enrollment, retention, and empowerment, contributing to broader social and economic development across Pakistan.
