Empowering Sialkot Women Entrepreneurs for Export
On 4 October 2025 the TDAP Women Entrepreneur Division partnered with Pakistan Single Window (PSW) and Sialkot Women Chamber of Commerce & Industry (SWCCI) to deliver the Khadijah Women Entrepreneurship Program in Sialkot.
The program equipped participants with practical, actionable knowledge across cross-border trade, e-commerce, digital marketing, customs procedures, access to finance and green and sustainable trade. Trainers focused on tools and processes that women entrepreneurs can apply immediately to prepare products and services for export markets.
By concentrating efforts in Sialkot, one of Pakistan’s major export hubs, the initiative helped women entrepreneurs understand international compliance requirements and adopt sustainable practices that enhance competitiveness. The sessions emphasized how digital channels and proper customs procedures can open new corridors to global buyers.
TDAP and PSW designed the Khadijah Women Entrepreneurship Program to build confidence and capability among local businesswomen so they can scale operations and enter export markets with clarity and purpose. The initiative aims to cultivate a generation of export-ready women entrepreneurs who contribute to regional economic growth.
