**Pakistani Minister of State Expands Bilateral Ties in Agri-Tech Education During Visit to China**
Ms. Wajiha Qamar, Minister of State for Federal Education and Professional Training, visited the Chongqing School of Agricultural Mechanization as part of her official tour to China. The visit was focused on exploring advanced training systems and mechanization techniques, as well as identifying new avenues for collaboration between Pakistan and China in agricultural technology education and skills development.
During her tour, Ms. Qamar examined the latest methods being employed by the Chongqing School to equip students with practical agricultural skills through modern mechanization. The Minister highlighted the importance of learning from China’s expertise in agri-tech to help improve Pakistan’s vocational training standards and agricultural productivity.
Discussions between Pakistani and Chinese counterparts also centered on the exchange of knowledge, joint training programs, and the establishment of partnerships to further strengthen vocational and technical education.
