HEC Chairman Dr Mukhtar Ahmed Farewell Ceremony Highlights

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) held a farewell ceremony in honor of outgoing Chairman Dr. Mukhtar Ahmed, marking the conclusion of his tenure.
