Strengthening Pak Saudi Partnership in Riyadh
Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar met with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan in Riyadh to advance the Pak Saudi partnership through focused dialogue on bilateral ties and regional concerns. The leaders discussed the situation in Gaza along with broader regional and international developments, and reaffirmed their commitment to coordinated action at multilateral fora including the United Nations.
Both sides agreed to deepen the multifaceted partnership across political, economic and social domains and to continue strengthening the bonds of brotherhood and friendship between Pakistan and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The meeting emphasized practical cooperation and closer diplomatic coordination.
The DPM and Foreign Minister also congratulated Prince Faisal and Saudi leadership on the successful hosting of the Future Investment Initiative Forum and expressed appreciation for the warm hospitality extended to the Pakistani delegation. The forum was cited as an important platform for expanding investment and economic cooperation between the two countries.
The Riyadh meeting on October 28, 2025 underlined Pakistan’s intent to sustain active engagement with Saudi Arabia on diplomatic initiatives, humanitarian concerns and multilateral collaboration. Commitment to furthering the Pak Saudi partnership was highlighted as a priority for both capitals going forward.
