Celebrating Impact with Women of Worth Pakistan

L’Oréal Pakistan has launched Women of Worth Pakistan, a national recognition platform to celebrate women whose work creates measurable impact across society. The initiative will spotlight leadership, resilience and sustained contributions that are shaping Pakistan’s social, cultural, scientific and economic future.

The Women of Worth platform expands the idea of beauty beyond appearance and operates on three foundational pillars of Recognition, Storytelling and Impact Enablement. Season 1 will honour four Women of Worth and one Emerging Voice under the age of 25, celebrating a cohort of women whose work reflects leadership, purpose and lasting societal contribution rather than ranking individuals.

An independent Advisory Council and Jury Panel composed of respected voices from journalism, academia, social impact, healthcare, law and culture will govern the platform to safeguard credibility, define eligibility criteria and ensure an impartial selection process for honorees.

The initiative will recognise women across five fields: Social Impact and Grassroots Leadership, Science, Healthcare and Innovation, Arts, Culture and Creative Industries, Sports and Resilience, and Gen Z Emerging Voices, with the aim of building a national registry of women shaping Pakistan’s future.

For more than seventeen years L’Oréal Pakistan has played a defining role in the country’s beauty, fashion and empowerment landscape through initiatives such as PFDC L’Oréal Paris Bridal Week, Ambassador of Fashion, Beauty for a Better Life and digital literacy programmes; Women of Worth represents the next evolution of that journey.

Rehan Saeed, Executive General Manager at L’Oréal Pakistan, said “For many years, L’Oréal Pakistan has celebrated beauty and creativity in this country. With Women of Worth, we are expanding that definition to honor the women whose impact is shaping Pakistan’s future. This platform is designed as a long-term national recognition body that celebrates contribution, courage, and leadership across sectors. By building a credible and transparent framework for recognition, we hope to spotlight inspiring stories that deserve to be seen, heard, and remembered.”

Nominations will open through multiple channels later this month and the inaugural Women of Worth cycle will run from April to July 2026. The platform aims to amplify inspiring stories and enable sustained impact across communities and institutions nationwide.
