Pakistan Navy Tests LY-80 Missile Strengthening Defence

Sardar Ayaz Sadiq congratulated the nation and the engineers and personnel of the Pakistan Navy on the successful test of the LY-80 missile, calling the achievement a clear demonstration of the navy’s robust air defence capabilities. He highlighted the test as tangible proof of technical competence and operational readiness within the service.

The Speaker paid rich tribute to the professionalism, dedication, and technical expertise of the teams involved, noting that the LY-80 missile trial reflects the Pakistan Navy’s commitment to maintaining a strong and effective air defence system. He emphasised the vital role of skilled engineers and crew whose efforts made the test possible.

Mr Sadiq said the successful LY-80 missile test has further strengthened the country’s defence capabilities and underscores the commendable contribution of the Pakistan Navy to national defence preparedness.
