Speaker Ayaz Sadiq Lauds Kashmir Committee’s UK Visit Aimed at Internationalizing Kashmir Cause
Rana Qasim Noon Submits Report on Kashmir Advocacy Mission Abroad

Islamabad – Chairman of the Parliamentary Committee on Kashmir, Rana Muhammad Qasim Noon, met with Speaker National Assembly Sardar Ayaz Sadiq to present a detailed report on the committee’s successful parliamentary visit to the United Kingdom. The meeting, held at Parliament House, focused on the internationalization of the Jammu and Kashmir dispute and advocating for the right to self-determination for the Kashmiri people.
Led by Chairman Noon, members of the Kashmir Committee undertook the UK visit with the aim of garnering global attention on the Kashmir issue, highlighting the ongoing human rights violations, and rallying support for the Kashmiri people’s fundamental freedoms.
Speaker Ayaz Sadiq appreciated the efforts of the delegation, stating that the visit would serve as an important milestone in sensitizing the international community to the gravity of the Kashmir conflict. He added that the outreach would help lay the groundwork for sustainable and impactful parliamentary diplomacy in support of the Kashmiri cause.
The committee recommended that Pakistan’s historical and legal stance on Kashmir be presented globally in a well-organized and strategic manner, to awaken international conscience and strengthen diplomatic advocacy.
Reaffirming Pakistan’s unwavering commitment, Speaker Sadiq reiterated that the parliamentary and political leadership of Pakistan stands united in defending the basic human rights and self-determination of the Kashmiri people. He emphasized that all available platforms would continue to be used to amplify their voices.
