Rawalpindi Horticulture Agency Boosts Eid Decorations

The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi has completed a citywide beautification drive ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr, installing vibrant floral displays and new plantings along main highways, intersections, green belts and public parks. The Eid decorations are visible on Murree Road, Double Road, Faizabad, Rawal Road and the Ojri Camp area, creating welcoming scenes for families visiting the city for the holiday.

Under the direction of MD Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi Ahmed Hassan Ranjha, teams worked to finish planting and decorative arrangements to ensure a clean, green and pleasant environment for Eid. The initiative aims to provide improved recreational settings and floral corridors where people can gather and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.

Agency staff remain on standby to maintain the displays and address any immediate needs on the highways and in parks. Officials say the Eid decorations are intended not only to beautify public spaces but also to encourage residents and visitors to take pride in keeping the city tidy during the festive period.

Residents are asked to cooperate with district administration efforts by respecting the planted areas and using waste disposal facilities so the newly enhanced green spaces remain attractive throughout the celebrations. The Horticulture Agency emphasized its commitment to sustaining these improvements and supporting public enjoyment of Rawalpindi during Eid.
