Rawalpindi Board Releases Intermediate Results
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi announced the Intermediate Part I 2025 results on 15 October 2025 at a simple but dignified ceremony held at 10:00 am, reflecting the board’s emphasis on transparency and timely publication of results. Present at the event were Muhammad Adnan Khan, Chairman of the Board, Tanveer Asghar Awan, Controller of Examinations, Amjad Iqbal Khattak, Secretary of the Board, and other senior officers.
According to the announced figures, a total of 63,494 candidates submitted enrollment forms for Intermediate Part I, of whom 62,020 appeared in the examinations. Of those who appeared, 26,951 candidates passed, producing a pass percentage of 43.46 percent, while 35,052 candidates did not pass. Additionally, 1,213 candidates were marked absent and 261 enrollment forms were cancelled for various reasons. The cohort that took the exams comprised 23,372 male students and 40,122 female students, a distribution that highlights growing female participation in the academic sphere.
Chairman Muhammad Adnan Khan praised the efforts of the examination team and the board staff for maintaining high standards of merit and integrity. He said the institution is committed to using modern technology and robust procedures to strengthen the examination system and improve educational outcomes, adding that students’ success remains the board’s primary priority. The chairman also congratulated Controller Tanveer Asghar Awan, Secretary Amjad Iqbal Khattak and all staff for their collective dedication to a fair and efficient results process.
The board reaffirmed its resolve to build on this performance and pursue further improvements in transparency, administration and academic standards so that the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Rawalpindi continues to serve as a model for other educational institutions. The announcement was issued through the board spokesperson Arsalan Ali Cheema and the published Rawalpindi results are now available to students and stakeholders seeking their detailed outcomes.
