Empowering Startup Building at RWU Business Seminar
On October 22, 2025 the Department of Business Administration at Rawalpindi Women University organised a seminar titled “From Idea to Impact: Building a Startup that Solves Real Problems” attended by students of the Business Administration department to inspire entrepreneurial thinking.
Ms. Naureen Ghaffar led the session and shared practical insights on how to transform innovative ideas into successful ventures. She highlighted the importance of identifying genuine market needs, validating concepts, and crafting sustainable business models as core steps in startup building.
The talk also addressed common entrepreneurial challenges and strategies to overcome them, encouraging students to adopt resilient mindsets and creative problem solving as they plan their own ventures. Emphasis on market research and long-term sustainability gave attendees tangible angles for applying startup building principles in a Pakistani context.
Students described the seminar as an enlightening and motivating experience that encouraged them to think creatively and pursue impactful entrepreneurial journeys. The Business Administration department said events like this aim to prepare future business leaders in Rawalpindi for the practical realities of launching and growing startups.
