Driving Knowledge Exchange in Clinical Psychology

On January 23, 2026, Dr. Amna Noureen led an engaging session at the Department of Clinical Psychology within the School of Professional Psychology, University of Management and Technology. The workshop drew more than 70 participants, bringing together MS students and faculty members in a focused effort to connect academic research with practical application.

The session emphasized practical pathways for turning research evidence into meaningful clinical and professional practice, promoting a culture of Knowledge Exchange that encouraged critical reflection and open dialogue. Attendees took part in active knowledge sharing that created a highly engaging and intellectually stimulating learning environment, with enthusiastic participation strengthening the session’s impact.

A souvenir was presented to Dr. Amna Noureen by Prof. Masood Nadeem in recognition of her contribution. Also present were Dr. Haziq Mehmood, Dean of the School of Professional Psychology, Dr. Taskeen, Head of the Department of Clinical Psychology, and Dr. Fauzia, Head of the Department of Applied Psychology, who joined the discussion and supported the event’s objectives.

The leadership of the School welcomed the positive response and expressed keen interest in organizing further sessions to sustain the momentum of Knowledge Exchange and to deepen efforts that translate research into real-world clinical benefits for professionals and students alike.
