Federal Minister for National Heritage, Aurangzeb Khan Khichi, met with Syeda Nosheen Iftikhar, the new Chairperson of the National Heritage Standing Committee, to discuss the preservation and promotion of cultural heritage. The minister congratulated Iftikhar on her appointment and assured her of the ministry’s full cooperation at every level.
During the meeting, both officials emphasized the importance of safeguarding Pakistan’s cultural identity. Aurangzeb Khichi reiterated that promoting heritage and culture is his top priority. Khichi conveyed that the Prime Minister has made it clear that these key institutions will not be closed.
