Prime Minister Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif arrived in Sharm El Sheikh to attend the Gaza Ceasefire and Peace Summit, underscoring Pakistan’s engagement on regional stability and humanitarian concerns.
On arrival he was received by Dr Ashraf Sobhy, Egypt’s Minister of Youth and Sports, who welcomed the Prime Minister and signalled warm bilateral relations as leaders assemble for the Gaza Ceasefire talks.
The Prime Minister’s presence at the Gaza Ceasefire summit highlights Islamabad’s intent to contribute constructively to efforts aimed at securing a sustainable ceasefire and coordinating humanitarian responses while deepening cooperation with Egypt.
