Pakistani Cricketers Among Top Contenders in The Hundred 2025 Draft

A strong contingent of Pakistani players has registered for The Hundred 2025 Draft, with 45 names in contention.
The list includes a mix of experienced international stars and rising talents, all aiming for a place in the prestigious tournament.
Fast bowler Naseem Shah leads the group as the highest-valued Pakistani player, with a reserve price set at £120,000.
Imad Wasim and Saim Ayub have entered the draft with a reserve price of £78,500 each, making them among the most sought-after players.
Among others, Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali, and Mohammad Hasnain have been included in the £63,000 category, while Mohammad Amir and Azam Khan have listed themselves with a reserve price of £52,000.
Several additional players, including Mohammad Abbas, Haider Ali, and Ammad Butt, have signed up without setting a specific price.
The draft, scheduled for March 12, will see 348 players vying for just 10 available spots across eight franchises.
Now in its fifth edition, the tournament will begin on August 5 at Lord’s, with a high-stakes opening match between London Spirit and Oval Invincibles, setting the stage for another exciting season.
