FPCCI President Atif Ikram Sheikh Extends Independence Day Greetings, Calls for National Unity and Economic Strength
Atif Ikram Sheikh, President of the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI), congratulated the nation on its 78th Independence Day, emphasizing the importance of unity, respect for national sacrifices, and a renewed determination to achieve economic progress. In his message, Sheikh highlighted that Independence Day is a reminder of the immense sacrifices made by the forefathers of the nation in their pursuit of freedom.
Sheikh underscored that the peaceful and democratic struggle leading to the establishment of Pakistan is an unparalleled chapter in history. He paid tribute to the leaders and activists of the Pakistan Movement, as well as their ancestors, for their countless sacrifices in gaining independence.
The FPCCI President also recognized the recent victory in Operation Bunyad-e-Marsous and the successful outcome of the national conflict, describing these achievements as factors that have amplified the celebrations of Independence Day this year. He noted that the recent conflict with India has further united the nation, praising the dedication and sacrifices of Pakistan’s armed forces, which are fully acknowledged by the country’s entire business community, including the FPCCI.
