In an evening review meeting chaired by District Health Officer Islamabad Syeda Rashida Batool, officials assessed the progress of the MR vaccination campaign across the city and refined strategies to raise coverage.
The MR vaccination campaign is ongoing across Islamabad from 17 to 29 November 2025, with teams focused on safe and timely immunization for all eligible children. During the meeting, recent activities were evaluated and operational plans were adjusted to strengthen outreach and improve the effectiveness of MR vaccination efforts.
Authorities urged caregivers to take advantage of the campaign period to ensure children receive their doses and be protected against measles and rubella. The district health office said continued coordination and targeted actions will remain central as MR vaccination work continues through the campaign window.
